Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Pay: $25/hr
Location: Remote (U.S.)
6 month assignment that could extend.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM PST

About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and logistics of the recruitment and onboarding process. This role supports the TA team by ensuring a smooth workflow, timely communication, and professional interactions with candidates and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, assessments, and interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage pre-employment screening tasks such as ordering background checks and verifying references.
- Support the hiring and onboarding process, including preparing new-hire packages and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
- Conduct and document I-9 verifications in accordance with federal requirements.
- Track and reconcile vendor invoices.
- Maintain TA team documents, shared folders, and resources.
- Support employer branding initiatives across platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn; assist with content calendars and social media updates.
- Contribute to diversity attraction initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with immigration-related applicant coordination and communication with legal partners.
- Provide occasional support with resume review, applicant screening, and sourcing for entry-level roles.
Qualifications
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
- Minimum: 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
- Preferred: Experience supporting immigration-related processes
Skills & Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Solid understanding of professional confidentiality and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and consistently punctual
